I have over 10 years of experience in design, art direction and visual merchandising with a specialty in beauty.
I spent 12 years working at MAC Cosmetics for 12 years and was fortunate enough to work on hundreds of campaigns during my time there. My work on those campaigns varied and included: window design, event design, visual merchandising, costume design and consumer experience.
I know the global specialty-multi environment (Sephora, Ulta, MECCS, etc.) very well. I was the design lead on MAC’s entry into specialy-multi retailers and have continued to do so at my current position at Smashbox Cosmetics.
Over the course of my career, I have developed a global mindset, understanding retail/consumer trends in different countries and how to adapt designs accordingly. I have led small and large teams, domestic and global.
I am currently at Smashbox Cosmetics where I oversee Retail Design/Experience, Visual Merchandising and Packaging design.
